Removal of all existing timberwork and guttering. Installing Freefoam PVCU Fascia, Soffit, Guttering and Downpipes.
Depending on the condition of the timbers. Removal of all guttering then overcladding existing wooden fascia and soffit with freefoam PVCU and installing new guttering and downpipes.
Removal of all existing mock tudor boards and replacing with freefoam PVCU. Dry Verge Re-mortar gable ends, replace ridge tiles or install dry verge caps.
